About this book
A book about a boy, a badger, and a summer of magic. A young boy, Will, finds a baby orphan badger that had been the victim of a spring flood. The little badger was just clinging to life wet, and cold, just barely alive. Will knew it was a choice between life and death and interfering with nature; however, it was Will’s family farm, and he felt a sense of responsibility. This was the start of an amazing summer where both the badger and the boy, together, explored what their destiny should be.
